Dr Rick Acland is a retired anaesthetist and Botanic Gardens novice, with a special interest, during his working life, in the management of pain.
In more recent years, this has included investigation of the benefits and problems that Cannabis has brought to this complex area of health care.
In this Summer Talk, Dr Acland will discuss the pros and cons of this plant, endeavouring to correct common misconceptions.
